Gloria, Chuck
How sad I was to hear about George. I enjoyed working and talking with him ( of course you know it was the accent) when he was in Spares. he was a great guy and will be missed by many.
My prayers and thoughts are with you.

What can one say in tribute to a straight-arrow, true-blue American hero who gave selflessly to all around him and garnered respect and gratitude? "Thank you for everything, George" seems too small and yet he would be OK with that simple sentiment. We bid farewell to our friend, comrade, mentor and hero. Rest in peace Sarge, until we all meet again.
