I remember Howard as the first entrepreneur that I knew, and the consummate happy curmudgeon, I always think fondly of him, though I will readily admit to have never referred to him as Howard, he has been and always will be Mr. Ripley to me, he earned and deserved that respect.
I only now learned of his passing, and in all honesty, I had been thinking and speaking of him less than 2 days ago; I am saddened to hear of our neighborhoods, and the worlds loss, I will always speak kindly of Mr. Ripley.
All of my respect.

I always remember Howard with fondness.
He was a great client, gardening mentor and even landlord. Rest in peace Howard.

Howard will be sadly missed by Bruce and I. He holds a special place in both our hearts. We couldn't have asked for a better neighbor and friend. Our deepest sympathies to his family. Fly free Howard!
