Joan, Sarah, and family, I will miss seeing Paul at the candy store. He loved giving me a hard time whenever I bought Mallo Cups. He called it junk candy. He was a nice man who will be missed by many. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

We are sorry for your loss. Paul will be remembered by always having a joke and always making us smile. He embraced life and we will always remember that as we move forward. May peace be with you.

Joan, and all of the family; I feel blessed to have known Paul, and share special moments in your lives. Paul had a beautiful sense of humor and often made me laugh. I also got much enjoyment from listening to he and troy talk politics - Paul was very quick with the comebacks and so smart and informed. I will always remember and treasure those times with him. May God be with your family during this time. I hope the good memories will carry you through! All my love

Sarah and Mrs. Fraser, I want to tell you what a great help Paul was to me when he served on the planning board. He always had the best interests of the City of Bath in mind when making decisions. He will be missed by the City.

Joan and Sarah,
I have memories of Paul and his antics which make me smile, his rich voice in the choir, our sharing stories of Dorothy Mason's School of the Dance, etc.
His ability to make folks smile, his stories, and his genuine friendliness will always be remembered. We miss you both at First Parish. Love and sympathy to you all.

I am so sorry for your loss...I have many fond memories of Joni and Paul throughout the years at Popham Beach, including how Paul embraced my children when they were just little ones. Chloe & Sophia are now 13 and 11. Paul always got such a kick out of Sophia when I used to bathe her in the "outside tub", like "Little House on the Prairie"; she screamed everyday!!! It was very easy for him to walk by during "happy hour" and see me trying to deal with my screaming two year old that hated to have her hair washed!! I could go on and on about the memories we have of Paul and Joni, including visiting them at the "Sweet Shop" in Bath and having my father's 70th Birthday Cake delivered to Oceanview Campground... You both are so thoughtful and Paul will always be a fond memory in my family's history. Joni, may you and your family rely on the happy moments and memories that you all shared to help you through this time of grief and sorrow. You will all be in my thoughts and prayers....with much love, Melissa, Mark, Chloe & Sophia

Paul helped us find a home to live in while ours was being rebuilt due to a fire. Paul was always made my grandaughter feel special when we went to the candy store. We were very privileged to have such a friend. He made the world a little bit better.
