Rob was one of my best friends. We met each other in Hawaii long ago, and we spent a summer in Alaska together. When I returned to Maine to help my mom move, he was the first person to call me. We stayed in touch throughout the years. We had great times in New York. I just visited him last summer at his lakefront home in Maine. As always, he was wonderfully gracious in every aspect of his being. The news of his passing is very disturbing for me; my body is trembling in tears. But the bigger picture that remains is of his huge smile and heart. Love you Rob.

I had the privilege of getting to know Rob through business. I am a real estate appraiser and did most of the appraisals for Rob over the past three years. He was a very knowlegdeable professional but most of all Rob was a genuine, nice person. He will be missed greatly. My most sincere condolences to Rob's brother Rowan and to the rest of Rob's family, friends and business associates.

I am deeply sorry for your loss. It was my pleasure to work with Rob for the last two years and enjoyed his company greatly. I also spent a great two days at Sugarloaf with him last March and was impressed not only by his ability, but also his desire to "get out and go." My personal condolences as well the condolences of all of us at Gateway Title go out to Rob's family.
