Rest in peace - you are in a better place - Connie thinking of you in your time of sorrow

Connie, I need to send you a card and have lunch with you. I have been thinking about Kay all day since I heard. So many of my defining food stories start with your mom saying, "I just like to put a stick of butter in the pan, watch it melt and say, my that's lovely, what should I cook in that?" I would so love to see you and reminisce. I will be out of town tomorrow and could not get my plans changed, but I do so want you to know how much your mom impacted my life.
love to you and her memory,
