Joseph Jacob Klumpp Jr.

Joseph Jacob Klumpp Jr, 82, of Chester Springs, PA, passed away on May 10, 2023. Joe was survived by his wife of almost 40 years, Diana, his step-daughter Kimberly Walter (Chris Walter), grandson Ryan Walter, and his sister Mary Liz Scott (Buck Scott). He is also survived by 8 nieces and 1 nephew. Joe was predeceased by his parents, Joseph J Klumpp Sr and Elizabeth Klumpp, and his sister Patricia Masters (Robert Masters). Born on October 29, 1940, Joe attended Episcopal Academy for his primary education and later went on to Valley Forge Military Academy for high school. He continued his higher education at Parsons College and Harvard University . Joe had a distinguished military career, serving in the Army and Army National Guard, as well as being a member of the First City Troop. After his military service, Joe operated the family textile business for several years before finishing out his career at the United States Postal Service. Joe had a love for reading, The Eagles, and spending time with his family. He will be remembered for his kind and caring nature. A memorial service will be held on September 17th at 1:30 at Bryn Mawr Presbyterian, located at 625 Montgomery Avenue, Bryn Mawr, PA.
