So sorry see this. Joe was my very first boss at the Klumpp Company. It was nice that he gave a teenager the opportunity. Prayers for family. ~ Linda DePamphilis Gonzales

Joe was a fine person and a caring friend. My wife and I saw him at several Alumni functions at Episcopal Academy and he invited me to his house for lunch. He introduced me to the Spanish Department at Valley Forge Military Academy where I was offered a position as a Spanish teacher. However my wife and I returned to our West Virginia farm. I will never forget his kindness.

Joe was a classmate and a good friend while we were growing up.
Great disposition and a kind and good heart. Sympathies to the family.
