Earlier in life, she played a lot of tennis, shot skeet and trained two National Field Trial Champions, (Labrador Retrievers) on a farm in the Lehigh Valley. Lee was the beloved mother of Susan L. Podgor (David A.) and Elizabeth A. Collings (Charles P.). Devoted grandmother to Katharine E.
