Theresa Antonini

Theresa (DiFerdinando) Antonini of Devon, formerly of Wayne, died on July 9, 2011 at the age of 93. She was the wife of the late Frank Antonini, and mother of Jodi (Anthony) Cantone, Jude (Michele) Antonini, and Elizabeth (Louis) Bruno. She had six grandchildren and one great granddaughter and is survived by two brothers and one sister. Teresa attended the Strafford School and then went to work at the Betner Paper Box Manufacturing Company. She married in 1948 and stayed home to raise her family. For many years she actively volunteered at her church at which her father was Master Stone Mason. For over ten years she and her husband were active and dedicated members of the American Institute for Italian Culture. Mrs. Antonini held positions of Assistant Secretary, then Secretary, and Assistant Treasurer of that organization. The viewing and funeral were held at Our Lady of the Assumption Church on July 13.
