Ulrick F. Engman Jr.

Ulrick F. Engman Jr 85, of Earleville, Md., and Bryn Mawr, formerly of Wynnewood, and Cape May, N.J., died August 7, 2013 a after brief Illness. The son of Emelie and Ulrick F. Engman of Cape May, N.J., Rick also known as " Juni " to his friends, grew up on the beaches life guarding and working on fishing boats. He graduated from Admiral Farragut Academy and joined the US Marines in 1946. Following service in Korea, he met and married Mary " Sunny " Stocker and set up housekeeping in Wynnewood, PA. He established The Bryn Mawr Rug Company in 1956 and was active in All Saints Episcopal Church of Wynnewood. He was a member of The British Officers Club, a life member of The Marine Corp League and a member of the American Legion. He enjoyed dancing and playing golf. Rick was predeceased by his wife Sunny and son David. He is survived by his daughter- in- law, Fiona, his sister, Marie Stuard of Cape May and many nieces and nephews. He also leaves behind his dear friend Aline Carrion of Earleville MD. With Aline and her family Mr. Rick lived his final years in peace and happiness. He will be missed by all. A Memorial service will be held Tuesday August 20, 2013, at 11 AM at All Saints Episcopal Church, Wynnewood, Pa. Internment private.
