Andrew "Andy" Joseph Barbera, age 94 of Arcadia, our beloved received his wings to glory on Tuesday, April 18, 2023, at Maple Ridge Manor in Manistee.
Survivors include his wife; Eunice, two sons; Mark (Karen) Barbera and Paul Barbera, granddaughter; Stephanie (Todd) Galdes, and his three energetic great grandsons; Urban, Henrik, & Grady Galdes of whom he was so proud.
A private immediate family service will be held.
A Celebration of Life will take place in the summer.
In lieu of flowers or travel to a celebration, the family requests that you raise a glass to Andy in your home or favorite location. Memorials may be directed to Trinity Lutheran Church Arcadia Endowment Fund, PO Box 139, Arcadia, MI 49613.

Andy (Mr. Barbera- "It's Andy!" ) was a class act. He was cool. Always a smile, sharp dressed, and Eunice too. When I came to Trinity church with my in-laws Butch and Sharyl, he always said hello. Early on he made a Chicago Catholic boy welcome in a Lutheran church! We talked Bears. A fellow Bears fan in the heart of a lot of Lions and a few Packers. Andy was one of those people you always wanted your kids to know because he was such a great guy. Jennifer and I can proudly say our boys knew Mr. Barbera. God bless him and be with his special Eunice, and the entire Barbera family.

I had the absolute privilege of being one of Andy´s caregivers. I have so many amazing memories with Andy. The most thing that I will remember is our hummingbirds. For the past 2 summers that was our thing we did. He would get me the sugar water and I go and fill it. Then we watch from the window for them to come!! Every time I see a Hummingbird I will always think of Andy. He has an amazing wife and family who I will missRest in peace My Dear Andy! I Love you

I will never forget the smile on andy's face I had the privilege of taking care of Andy at Maple Ridge manner. He was also my father-in-law's best friend when my grandson was born. He took on the role of papa andy, andy will be forever But I will always have his memories in my heart.

I will always remember Andy during Arcadia days having the biggest smile on his face possible. He always let my kids get away with a little more than. They should have because he was my father-in-law's best friend And then I got the privilege of taking care of him at Maple Ridge manor he was a very proud man a very strong man always had a smile on his face and I will never forget the day he told me he would adopt my. Grandson As his papa andy andy will live on forever in my memories and forever in my heart and I will never forget the big smiles on his face He will be missed in my life forever.
