Brian Keith Krause, age 56, of Kaleva, Michigan, passed away on Thursday December 9, 2021, with his loved ones by his side.
Brian was born on December 28, 1964, in Ludington, Michigan, the son of Raynard and Donna (Fitch) Krause. He graduated from Ludington High School, class of 1982. Brian owned and operated Krause Floor Coverings for almost 40 years.
Brian married Marla Harmon on October 13, 2002, in Ludington and they shared 19 exciting, loving years together. During that time, they built a beautiful log home where a lot of wonderful memories were made.
When Brian wasn't working, he enjoyed spending time in the outdoors hunting, fishing, gardening, grilling, woodworking, and snowmobiling. He loved being with his family and his five dogs. He was a jokester and a party animal who will be dearly missed by many.
Brian is survived by his wife, Marla; his children Brandon and Courtney Krause, Trevor Lyle, Nicole (John) Gilyeat, and Shannon (Todd) Miller; grandchildren Luke, Logan and Channing; his father Raynard Krause; nieces Brea Wright and Alayna Britz; great-nephew Emmett; and his beloved dogs Kaylee, Emma, Charlie, Chloe, and Otis.
Brian is preceded in death by his mother Donna Krause.
There will be no services at this time for Brian.
