Carrie Tackett Obituary
Surviving are two daughters, Jessica Thompson and Nicole (Ricky) Shepherd all of Mansfield; one son, Thomas Blackwell, III of Oklahoma; two grandchildren, Makayla Williams and Brayden Shepherd; three sisters, Debbie Steverson, Bobbie Jo DeWeese and Sheila Mae First all of Arizona; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her mother, Linda (Steverson) DeWeese; and her maternal grandmother, Hazel Hamilton.
Friends may call from 1-3 p.m. Sunday, February 15, 2009, at the Diamond Street Home of Wappner Funeral Directors, 98 S. Diamond Street, Mansfield, OH 44902. Memorial contributions may be made to the family.
