Dorothy Miller Obituary
GALION: Dorothy Miller, 89, of Galion died Thursday, October 16, 2014 at Mill Creek Nursing Center in Galion.
Born March 18, 1925 in Duncanwood, Ohio and she was the daughter of George and Rosa (Zeman) Stoyanovich. She married Richard A. Miller on October 20, 1956 and he survives.
She attended Heritage Baptist Church in Galion. Dorothy worked as an operator for the former Northern Ohio Telephone Company and later GTE in Galion. She enjoyed sewing, gardening, flowers, exercising, playing her Gibson guitar and reading her Bible. She had a special love for children.
In addition to her husband she is survived by son David (Lilly) Miller of Potomac Falls, Va. and grandchildren Chris, Lexi and Danielle.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by brothers Mike and George Stoyanovich and sisters Lucy Clary and Mildred Pounds.
The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday, October 19, 2014 at Snyder Funeral Home Richardson Davis Chapel in Galion and one hour prior to the funeral service which will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, October 20 at the funeral home with Pastor Rodney Noblit officiating. Burial will follow at Fairview Cemetery in Galion.
Memorial contributions may be made to Galion Chapter of the American Red Cross or Galion Community Center YMCA in care of the funeral home.

Dear Richard, I just found out this morning that Dorothy went home to be with the Lord. She was a super fine woman. I met Dorothy many years ago her at Miracle Ear, she touched my heart and will truly be missed!

Miss Dorthy was a very special lady and very faithful to our Lord Jesus Christ. We will miss her greatly. She is now with her Savior, whom she loved so much. Our prayers are with Bro. Richard and the family.
