Susan V. Rutter Wagner

MARYSVILLE: Susan V. Rutter Wagner, 43, of Marysville, formerly of Westlake, died Thursday, November 11, 2010, at MedCentral Hospital in Mansfield.

Employed as an electrical engineer with Honda Engineering North America from 1989-2006, she was a member of Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church in Marysville and was a 1985 graduate of Westlake High School and 1989 graduate of Purdue University.

Born May 9, 1967, in Cleveland to George and Ellen Dalgaard Rutter. She was preceded in death by her mother.

Along with her father who resides in Westlake, survivors include her husband, Joseph R. Wagner; her sister, Jean (John) Siford, North Ridgeville; her niece, Alexandria "Alex" Siford; her mother-in-law, Martha Wagner, Carey; and a good friend, Cindy Spinelli, and her children who considered Susan a special aunt, James & Emily Spinelli.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, November 17, 2010, at 11:00 a.m. at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, Marysville. Reverend David Poliafico will officiate and inurnment will take place at the church cemetery.

Friends may call from 4-8 p.m. on Tuesday, November 16, 2010, at Mannasmith Funeral Home, Marysville, where a prayer service will be held at the conclusion of calling hours. Memorial contributions may be made to the St. Joseph Indian School in care of the funeral home. Condolences may be expressed at: www.mannasmithfuneralhome.com
