Barbara Tognoli Obituary
Passed away October 21st, 2004 in the presence of her loving family in Woodacre, CA. Belle was born 1917 in Turlock, CA. She married Albert Mario Tognoli (deceased) in 1940. They had two daughters, Juanita Yvonne and Barbara Darlene (deceased).
Nana, as she was lovingly referred to by her family, is survived by her daughter Juanita; her grandchildren, Barbara Hernandez, Chalmer Tolson, David Tolson, Rolanda Duran, Marin Duran, Jesse Duran and Robert Duran; her great grandchildren, Mario, Gracie, Jonathan, Michael, Matthew, Lyndsey, Lacey, Tony, Nicole, Jennifer, Noah, Jordan, and Jasmine.
A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, October 23rd at 2:00 PM at St. Cecilia's, Lagunitas. Donations may be made to Hospice of Marin.
Nana will live in our hearts forever.

Thank you to the family for such a nice service for Nana yesterday. I have fond memories of her at Dar's especially when all the kids were little and how they would tag team each other to get those pony tails just right and the singing with interesting lyrics.
Nana's loving and affectionate way seems to have impacted so many of us. She was so supportive to me when my kids were born; reassuring that I should follow my instincts.
Barbara did such a great job of the end of life care; never an easy task but done with tender love. Nana was very lucky to have such a caring family.
