I was thinking of Rev Henry today so I googled this wonderful man and sadly found this obituary. I joined St. Luke's in 1967, was married there in 1969 with Henry officiating. I moved to Hawaii in 1970 so did not have the pleasure of Henry or St. Luke's except when I visited my parents. My Mother, Elaine Hall, was an Elder and we all adored this great person. God bless his family. He made this world and me better.

Henery was one of the reasons that I enjoyed my tenure at BYL so much, he was a joy to be around and I counted him as a good friend. May he rest in peace and I know he will be missed by all. fond regards, Bob and Virginia Bray, Golden Co.

Henry was an important model for me as a young man growing into my faith: that being a Christian does not mean being dull, but being vital. It was a treat to welcome him back to Holland after we moved there.

Henry taught me a lot about myself, helped us grow St Luke Presbyterian into a thriving congregation and building a new building. St Luke will celebrate 50 yrs Sept 28-30. We were in hopes Rev Kent would join the celebration. Now I hope Karen, Rita, Paul, Sandy and their families will join the celebration. We will dedicate the Memotial Garden on the 30th and Rev Kent will be part of it.
Thank you Henry for all you did for the people of St Luke
