John C. Malaspina Age 83, passed away at his home in Fairfax on May 14th, 2006. John, a true native of Fairfax was born at home in Fairfax and lived his entire life within a one-block radius. John was especially close to his nephews Frank Jr. and John Giuliani. John was preceded in death in 1989 by his son John Joseph Malaspina who is survived by his wife Ann Malaspina. John had many interests in life. Those who knew and loved him will always remember him as one who liked to fish, play golf, tell stories and had a great sense of humor. John was an active member of the Fairfax Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses for more than thirty years where he served as an elder. He loved to talk about the time when there will be "peace on earth goodwill to men". It was his hope to be brought back to the earth under these peaceful conditions.
