Lisa Wade Obituary

Lisa Ann Wade Beloved daughter of the late Frances and Douglas Craig. Wife, partner, and best friend of Paul "TJ" Wade of Brookline, MA. Sister of Susan Corby of Los Angeles, and Forrest and Karyn Craig of San Anselmo, adored aunt and great aunt to her many nieces and nephews. Was laid to rest on January 2, 2009. Born in Larkspur, CA March 12, 1958, Lisa graduated from Redwood High School and received her Bachelor's degree in Business and Fashion Design in Switzerland. Lisa worked for Hermes in Paris and Harrods in London before settling in Boston working as an associate with Louis of Boston where she met her husband Paul and love of her life of 21 years. Lisa retired from the fashion industry after nearly 18 years with Neiman Marcus. Lisa loved music, pair figure skating, snow skiing, hiking the hills of New Hampshire and California, enjoyed hosting parties and preparing culinary delights, and her many travels around the world. Lisa was full of life, gentle and especially caring of her family and many friends. She will always be loved, treasured and also dearly missed. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in her honor at the Marin Advocates for Children, 30 North San Pedro Road Suite 275, San Rafael, CA 94903, the North Bay Children's Center, 932 "C" Street Novato, CA 94949, or Zion Lutheran Church, 384 Court St., Plymouth, MA 02360.
