Edward Tyler Obituary
MARION: Edward Charles "Ed" Tyler, age 61, of Marion, died Saturday, February 13, 2016 at home. Ed was born in Marion, Ohio on March 12, 1954 to the late Cecil Edward and Estella Louise (Spears) Tyler. Ed graduated from Marion Harding High School and enlisted in the US Army where he proudly served his country as a medic. Ed enjoyed watching Western Movies especially Logan's Heroes and antiquing.
Ed is survived by siblings, Thomas (Edie) Tyler of Tennessee, Charles Woodall of Columbus, Linda French of Marion, Pat (John) Cunningham of Marion, Cecilia Howell of Marion, Neomia Caudill of Galion, and Katherine Cochrane of Cincinnati and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Ed was predeceased by step-brother, Ronald Woodall.
Visitation will be held Thursday, February 18, 2016 from 10 until a 12 noon funeral service at Denzer-Farison-Hottinger & Snyder Funeral Home. Military Honors will be observed by the Marion County United Veterans Council. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Ed's honor to Snyder Funeral Homes.
