Leo Mackey Obituary

NEW COLUMBIA, PA - Leo Francis Mackey died at 12:23 p.m. Saturday, April 18, at Geisinger Medical Center in Danville, Pa.
A triplet, Leo was born at 5:30 a.m., Tuesday, April 7, 2009, to parents Pete and Kyna (Ulsh) Mackey, New Columbia, Pa., along with his sisters, Rory Marí and Danni Christine, both of whom survive along with his parents.
In addition to his parents and two sisters, Leo also is survived by maternal great-grandfather, Harold Garver, Caledonia; maternal grandparents, Dan and Bonnie Purdy, Caledonia; maternal grandfather, Tom Ulsh, Caledonia; paternal grandparents, Joe and Marion Mackey, Pennsylvania; numerous aunts and uncles and cousins including great aunts and uncles, Brad and Susan Loyer, Caledonia, and Jimmy and Margo Smith, Tennessee; aunts and uncles, Brant and Celeste Ulsh, Cincinnati, and Kevin and Megan Purdy, Marion; and cousins, Kendall and Nathan Loyer, Eli and Griffin Ulsh, and Brynna Purdy.
Services for Leo were conducted April 25, in Rooke Chapel on the Bucknell University campus in Lewisburg, Pennsylvania. Gifts in Leo's memory can be made to the Leo Francis Mackey Memorial Fund, which will be formally designated at a later date to assist children in need. Contributions should be sent to the Leo Francis Mackey Memorial Fund, c/o Sam Lundquist, Office of Development, Bucknell University, Lewisburg, PA 17837.
