Todd A. Temple

MARION: Todd A. Temple, age 43, passed away unexpectedly on Friday October 28, 2016 at Marion General Hospital.

Todd was born on Friday January 6, 1973 in Marion to Frederick and Anna (Sandusky) Temple. He was one of two children.

Todd was a 1992 graduate of River Valley High School. During high school he attended Tri-Rivers Career Center. While at Tri-Rivers he completed the carpentry and hospitality programs.

Todd had a love for sports. He played baseball and basketball as child. Todd and his mother would play catch or basketball almost every day. He attended Karate classes where he achieved a blue belt. He loved the Cincinnati Reds, Cleveland Cavaliers, and the Ohio State Buckeyes. Growing up Todd and his brother Aaron enjoyed playing practical jokes on their mother. It was all fun and games until their father came home.

Todd work at Kroger for 12 years in customer service. He enjoyed helping customers by bagging their groceries or directing them to the correct isle for the product they were looking for. He always had a smile and welcomed each and every customer.

Above all Todd loved his family. Any chance to spend time with them was cherished and many memories were made. He even loved the times that his niece Kaylee would put make-up on him.

Todd will be dearly missed by his parents; brother Aaron (Tina Richardson) Temple, and niece Kaylee Temple.

Todd's family will greet friends on Wednesday November 2, 2016 from 5 pm to 7 pm at the Snyder Funeral Homes, DENZER Chapel, 360 East Center Street, Marion. Services celebrating his life will be held at the funeral home on Thursday November 3, 2016 at 11 am with Todd's uncle Reverend Charles Temple officiating. Burial will follow in Marion Cemetery.
