Ruth Ann Williams
July 31, 2025
My name is Ruth Ann Williams and I was Don's secretary at the Armstrong Marietta Carpet Plant in Marietta, PA. in the late '60's early 70's. Don and I were friends until his passing. I tried to call him but couldn't get thru to him. They ask for an access code to get thru and I didn't know how to get one. We ALWAYS exchanged Christmas cards and last year was the first I didn't hear from him. It made me very very sad to learn of his passing just today when I researched where he had moved to. Don always made me laugh. I loved his Southern accent and can remember the day he left the Carpet Plant in his black Falcon car...I was so sad. Please extend my sincere sympathy to his family. Don is someone I will never forget. He was so easy to please and work with. He loved Betty so much and was never the same when she passed. God bless all of you. He was so proud of his family. Most sincerely, Ruth Ann
