Sharon Stanley Pruitt

On March 2, 2023 the Lord saw in his infinite wisdom to move from labor to reward our Beloved Sharon Stanley Pruitt.

Born on January 22, 1959, to the late Joe Louis Stanley and Mary Cole Barnes, Sharon was a friendly and outgoing person that never met a stranger. She was employed by PlyGem until her sickness. In addition to her parents, Sharon was preceded in death by her sisters, Marilyn Doreen Stanley and Gwendolyn Ross; and brother, Dwayne Stanley.

Sharon leaves to cherish her memory her loving husband, Randy Ray Pruitt; two daughters, Beth Edna Hairston and Gabrielle Estelle Gravely; son, Bryson Anwar Hairston; sisters, Collisa Stanley, Maria Joyce (William), Brenda Keith (James), Sharon Robinson (Alvin), Loleader Valentine, and Cynthia Ross (Simeon); brothers, Ricky Stanley, TaWarn Stanley, Samuel Ross( Robin), Tim Manns (Dale), Greg Watkins, Stephen Watkins, Robie Cole, Tom Hagwood, and Michael Gibens (Carolyn); three grandchildren, Sanaa Brianna Hodge, Eric Denard Hodge Jr., and Ava Estelle Mannon; numerous nephews, nieces, cousins, other relatives, and friends.

Sharon was a people person with a magnetic personality. Sharon loved to laugh. Her motto was "I want to give people their flowers while they are still living." Sharon loved to connect with people and could often be found talking and taking strolls down memory lane. She was a hard worker that worked two jobs for the majority of her adult life.

Sharon was a survivor. She fought cancer to the very end. She never, ever gave up. Our loss is truly heaven's gain.
