Virginia "Ginger" Kiefer

February 1, 1969 - June 26, 2022

Virginia "Ginger" Kiefer, 53, of Stuart, Virginia passed away on Sunday, June 26, 2022 at her home. She was born on February 1, 1969, in Port Jefferson, Long Island, New York to Ed Kiefer and Mary Ann Kaiser Kiefer Clark. She had worked for The Department of Transportation as a Customer Service Representative, enjoyed riding boats, helping others and was a very generous person.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by a sister, Amy VanRijsewijk (Aaron); brother, Bill Kiefer (Cheryl); nieces, Raechel Kiefer and Rebekah Shumaker (Landon); great-nephew, Linkin VanRijsawijk and great-niece, Claire Judith Shumaker.

A funeral will be held on Friday, July 1, 2022, at 11 a.m. at Wright Funeral Service Chapel with Pastor Paul Hooker officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service. Burial will follow at Fair Haven Memorial Park, Spencer, Virginia.
