FLEMINGSBURG — Deborah Jean "Debbie" Withrow Martin, 71, of Wallingford, passed away Sunday, Dec. 7, 2025, at Fleming County Hospital.
Born in Grayson, Ky. on Feb. 3, 1954, Debbie was the daughter of the late John Amos Withrow and the late Virginia Ruth Deerfield Jarvis.
Debbie was 1973 graduate of East Carter High School. She was a faithful Christian and loved to sing in church. She and her husband Willie had served as directors at the Sugarloaf Christian camp for 26 years. She was a member of the Antioch Church of Christ. Debbie had worked as a beautician and a florist. She had also worked for Horton Brown Pharmacy as a sales representative. She enjoyed working with flowers, decorating, and cooking. She was a creator of beautiful things. She loved Christmas and having a house full of people to cook for and entertain.
Debbie is survived by her husband of 50 years, Bro. Willie Martin; her son, Dale Martin and wife Kerri of Glendale, Ky.; her daughter, Kayla Watts and husband Phillip of Jackson, Ky.; and her five grandchildren, Olivia, Elaina, Samuel, Anna, and Katy. She is also survived by her brother, John Withrow and wife Gloria of Grayson, Ky.; along with many loved ones, family, and friends.
In addition to her mother Virginia, her father, John, Debbie was preceded in death by two of her brothers, Ronnie Withrow and Mike Withrow; and her son-in-law, Jason Cole.
The funeral service will begin at 2 p.m., Friday, Dec. 12, 2025, at Antioch Church of Christ with Bro. Bill Bush and Bro. Bobby Logan officiating.
Debbie will be laid to rest in Mount Carmel Cemetery.
Pallbearers include Rodney Mineer, Ralph Mineer, Bill Walker, Chad Withrow, Bruce Deerfield, and Kevin Flanery. Honorary pallbearers include Samuel Martin, Mike Waddell, Ryan Brown, and Jarrod Brown.
Visitation will be from 12 noon until the hour of service at 2 p.m. on Friday, at the church located at 7056 Mount Gilead Road, Maysville, KY 41056.
