Gary Emmons Obituary
MAYSVILLE — Gary Dale Emmons, 58, passed away Sunday, July 23, 2023.
He was born on February 25, 1965, to the late Robert Emmons and Anna (Young) Jones.
He was a member of Faith Assembly of God where he served on the board and he was a Pastor's Associate.
He worked 10 years at Dravo and 18 years at East Kentucky Power and recently became a partner with his life long best friend Jeff Frame of F and E Transport, LLC.
He was an avid golfer at Kenton Station Golf Course.
He is survived by his wife, Kathleen "Kathy" Klein Emmons who he married June 19, 2010; his daughter, Kalyn Emmons of Maysville, KY; step-daughter, Morgan Schroer of Nashville, Tenn.; two grandsons, Easton and Kanon Taylor; three brothers, Robert (Chantell) Emmons of Camden, KY, Mark Emmons of Maysville, Tony Emmons of Maysville and a sister, Andrea Jones of Lexington, KY.
Celebration of Life will be Thursday, July 27, 6 p.m. at Moore and Parker Funeral Home in Maysville.
Visitation will be 4-6 p.m. on Thursday at the funeral home.
Memorials may be made to Hospice of Hope or Cancer Fighters United.
