Alice A. Teti

Alice A. Teti, 81, formerly of Mertztown, died May 4, 2022 in the Lutheran Home at Topton. She was the loving wife of the late Donald R. Teti. Alice worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant at the Lutheran Home at Topton for approximately 30 years until retiring in 2005. Born in Philadelphia, she was the daughter of the late Jarvis and Agnes (Bryan) Pilkington. Alice was a caregiver at heart, always doing something for someone else. Professionally and personally, she went out of her way to help others. Those closest to her knew about her quick wit and keen sense of humor, often used to give others a good laugh. She was an avid fan of any kind of shopping, anywhere and at any time. She enjoyed flowers and gardening. Her generous, loving, and nurturing nature created a wonderful home not only for her husband and children, but also for many family pets along the way. Throughout her lifetime her happiest moments were those she spent with family and friends.

Survivors: Son: Russell C. Teti and his wife Susan L. of Allentown, Daughters: Lisa A. Giovanni wife of Shawn Schadler of Macungie, Marjean E. Oswald of Macungie and Joanne D. Ruchinski of Marysville, PA and Grandchildren: Lauryn Teti, Matthew Ruchinski and Chase Oswald.

A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, May 10, 2022 at 2:30 P.M. in the J.S. Burkholder Funeral Home, 16th and Hamilton Sts. Allentown. A viewing will be held on Tuesday, from 1 P.M. to 2:30 P.M. in the funeral home. Condolences may be offered at: www.jsburkholder.com
