Almeda Bartholomew Obituary
Almeda Bartholomew, 95, formerly of Richlandtown died Friday, November 23, 2012 in Belle Haven Nursing Home, Quakertown. She was the wife of the late Fred Bartholomew. Born in Richland Twp., she was a daughter of the late W. Raymond and Freda (Zuck) Crouthamel. She was a member of St. Johns Lutheran Church, Richlandtown. Survivors: Children, Larry, wife Gloria, Macungie and Shirley Benner, husband Russell, Quakertown; five grandchildren; three step-grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; one great-great-granddaughter; and sister, Doris Schwartz, husband Joseph, Quakertown. Services: Services will be held at 2 p.m., Thursday, November 29 in St. Johns Lutheran Church, 4 S. Main St., Richlandtown, PA 18955. Call 1 to 2 p.m., Thursday at the church. Interment in Richlandtown Union Cemetery. Jeffrey A. Naugle Funeral & Cremation Service, 135 W. Pumping Station Rd., Quakertown is handling arrangements. www.janauglefcs.com. You were a wonderful lady who was full of life. I will always remember playing cards with you, and the times we went swimming at the house. I loved when the family got together for the holdays!
