She is survived by her husband Marvin; daughter Carolyn J. Hoffman; son Jonathan A. Frey; daughter-in-law Elenice Frey; and grandchildren Christopher Hoffman, Alyssa Weber, Michael Weber Jr. and Gabriel Weber, along with extended family.
The family is very grateful for the care of Dr. William Scialla and Mary Leo.
Services will be private; Donations can be sent to Ripple Community Inc., www.ripplecommunityinc.org

I had the pleasure of working with Ann back in the late 90's with CDS out of Des Moines, IA. I was new to the publishing fulfillment business, and learned a lot from Ann. My prayers are with her family.
