My condolences to the family. I had him for German in High School and quickly quit because I was well over my head. I recall him saying that I can't quit everything hard in my life or I wouldn't get anywhere. That always stuck and I'm so thrilled to hear he became a Deacon as I had worked 23 years for the Church and run catholic-church.org a service that gives free websites to any official Catholic organizations throughout the world since 1996. His comments always stayed with me. hopefully in the end I made him proud.
