Candice E. Walter
Candice E. Walter, 57, of Springtown, died Saturday, January 6, 2007, in her home. She was the wife of Ralph L. Walter Jr. They celebrated their 20th wedding anniversary in December. Before her retirement, she worked in the quality control department for Midgard Plastics Inc., Green Lane. Prior to that, she worked for the former American Olean Tile, Quakertown. Born in Springtown, she was the daughter of the late Albert and Margaret (Boarder) Haney. She enjoyed gardening and raising her two German Shepherds, Shep and Sadie. Survivors: Husband; brother, Zach; sister in-law, Cathy; niece, nephew; in-laws, Ralph L. Sr. and Ann Walter. Services: At the convenience of the family. Arrangements, C.R. Strunk Funeral Home Inc. Mr. Walter, we are so very sorry to learn of Candi's passing. Altho she worked here for very short time, those of us who knew her remember a lovely spunky lady who always had a smile and loved talking about her dogs. Our deepest condolences to you and the rest of her family.
