Clara R. "Becky" Morris

Clara R. "Becky" Morris, 93, of East Allen Township, formerly of Allentown, passed away on Monday, February 08, 2021, at Lehigh Valley Hospital - Muhlenberg. She was the beloved wife of the late Robert C. Morris, Jr., with whom she shared 65 years of marriage prior to his passing in 2012. Born in Allentown, she was a daughter of the late Charles and Minnie (Leiberzeit) Beck. A 1945 graduate of Allentown High School, now William Allen, she was last employed by Gardner Cryogenics, a division of Air Products, where she worked for more than 20 years until retiring. Both Becky and her husband were avid bowlers and enjoyed many years of bowling together in various leagues. She also enjoyed crossword puzzles, cryptograms, and loved music.

Survivors: Becky will be dearly missed and lovingly remembered by her three children, Linda and Donn Morris, with whom she resided, and Charles Morris and his wife, Kathleen, of Catasauqua; a granddaughter, Katie Nicodemo and her husband, Jaycee, of Bethlehem Township; two great-grandchildren, Dario and Imogen; and her sister, Eleanor Bailey of Bethlehem. In addition to her husband, Robert, she was predeceased by a grandson, Rev. Joseph Morris; and her brother, Herman W. Beck.

Services: Due to COVID-19 restrictions, services will be private. Arrangements have been entrusted to the GEORGE G. BENSING FUNERAL HOME, LLC, in the Village of Moorestown – Bath.
