David Lack

David Jason Lack, 38, of Moore Township, devoted husband and loving father, passed gently to be with his heavenly father, on Monday, January 08, 2018, at his residence, surrounded by his loving family. Dave's steadfast and unwavering bravery in his 5-year-battle with cancer touched everyone's lives. David and his wife, Cory (Scheller) Lack, were together for 20 years as childhood sweethearts, and married for 13 years. He was the son of David M. and Deborah D. (Dixon) Lack, of Moore Township. A graduate of Northampton High School, class of 1998, he attended Wilkes University where he earned a Bachelor degree in Accounting. Dave was the General Manager and Director of Finance for the Board of Directors of Associated Fasteners, Inc., Bath. Additionally, he was a partner in T&D Investments, LLC. Dave was active in Moore Township girl's softball, where he served as coach, and also played in the slowpitch men's league. He loved riding his Harley, hiking adventures, camping, and spending time with his family. Dave's quick sense of humor and witty banter made him loved by all. Survivors: In addition to his loving wife, Cory, and his parents, he is survived by three amazing, beautiful children, Jason T., Claire, and Evelyn Ann Lack, all at home; two sisters, Melissa Wright, of Northampton, and Diane Lack, of Moore Township; maternal grandmother, Helen C. Dixon, of Arkansas; paternal grandmother, Dorothy Lack, of Danielsville; parent-in-laws, Terrence and Sharon (Saylor) Scheller, of Bethlehem; two brothers-in-law, Reggie Scheller, of Allentown, and Matt Scheller and his wife, Dawn, of Chambersburg; a sister-in-law, Elizabeth Cruz and her husband, Moises, of Allentown; grandmothers-in-law, Julia Scheller, of Bethlehem, and Dolores Saylor, of Allentown; many nieces and nephews; aunts, uncles, and cousins, who will miss his everyday smile and presence. David was predeceased by his maternal grandfather, Edward J. Dixon, Jr., and paternal grandfather, Anthony Lack, as well as his grandfathers-in-law, Joseph Scheller and Leroy Saylor. Services: His Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, January 19, 2018, at 10:30 A.M. in Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church, 210 E. Northampton Street, Bath, PA 18014. There will be no calling hours. Interment will follow in Sacred Parish Cemetery, Bath. Arrangements are under the care and direction of the GEORGE G. BENSING FUNERAL HOME, Inc., Village of Moorestown - Bath.
