Our deepest sympathies and prayers are with the Lindemuth family, who were wonderful long time neighbors and friends to our parents and to us all. I will always remember Doug's friendly wave, big smile and kind words he shared to welcome us whenever we came home. We will keep you all in our hearts and prayers.
With sincere condolences,
DonnaMarie Seyfried and Rob Thomas and Family

I am sorry for your loss. He was one of the best teachers I had a Parkland HS. I have many fond memories of Calculus class with him. He was also one of the biggest reason I became a mathematics teacher. He was stern and yet compassionate. He will be missed.

So sorry to hear about Doug, I was very shocked. Growing up as neighbors "Oogie" would always tease me when he saw me and often stop to "shoot the bull" with my parents. Please accept our deepest sympathies in your loss. The Carfara Family (Tony)

To the Lindenmuth family: Condolences on the passing of Mr. Lindenmuth, or as I remember him: "Oogie." He and my grandfather, Henry Gernerd, were colleagues and I vividly remember parties in my grandfather's basement. I also had Mr. Lindenmuth for a teacher at Parkland. I have lots of memories of his class. I've attached a photo that I found recently of one of those parties in my grandfather's basement. That's me on his lap. R.I.P.
