Dear Mrs. Dougherty and Family,
Our Deepest Sympathy to you in your time of grieving. Gene will be greatly missed by many. I sure do miss him walking every day and stopping by to talk when I would see him. I would always have some great talks with him at Valley Farms and while out and about. He always took the time to keep me up to date on how everyone was. Also, he kept me well informed of his health. He will be greatly missed and please know he made such a difference to me in being so strong. Our prayers are with you.
Sincerely and with Love,
Francine Korpics Heft

Gene was one of the most caring, kindest, loving people that I have had the pleasure to know. There wasnt a minute in his life that he wasnt a joy to be around. Not many can fill his shoes. My thoughts and prayers go out to your family Gene. You will me missed.

Bernie, Mary, Maureen, Ann, Joyce, Joan and Valerie and families. I don't know where or how to start to tell you how sorry Dennis and I(and our whole family) are to hear of the loss of Gene. He was a wonderful guy! We will remember our vacations to NC with your family and how much fun we had and how Gene was out numbered by you girls and just calmly went along with the gang.
We will pray for your dad and your whole family during this difficult time. We love you all! Sandi and Dennis(and families)
