Frances Eckhart Obituary
Frances was a devoted catholic all of her life. She was a member of Sacred Heart Church, Bethlehem and faithfully attended mass every Sunday. Frances enjoyed cutting the hedges in her yard and also playing bingo on Monday nights.
She will be dearly missed by her three sons, Donald G. Eckhart, Dennis (Carol) Eckhart, and David C. Eckhart; daughter, Diane S. Kovacs; six grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, Frances was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Eckhart; sister, Dorothy Bartholomew; brother, Richard Kramer; and her son-in-law, James Kovacs.
There will be a viewing on Thursday, April 28, 2022, from 10-11:00 a.m. at Connell Funeral Home, 245 E. Broad St., Bethlehem, PA 18018 with a funeral service beginning at 11:00 a.m. Burial will follow in Holy Saviour Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of one's choice.

My grandmother was my best friend, my right hand woman. We did so many things together. I'm going to miss her like crazy. Heaven gained a beautiful angel. love you always gram!!

To the Eckhart Family! From my family to yours we are sorry to hear Mom and Jimmy passed away. I remember when Diane and I came home from the Library, she checked our work to make sure we did work there and didn´t foul around ! I´m going to miss Jimmy and I´m gonna miss your mom as well.
