Frank D. "Denny" Parent

Frank D. "Denny" Parent, 64, of Bethlehem, passed away on Saturday, May 7, 2016 in St. Luke's Hospital, Fountain Hill. He and his wife, Susan E. (Felver) Parent, shared 43 years of marriage. Born in Bethlehem, he was the son of the late Franklin B. and Eleanor D. (Shearer) Parent. Frank worked as a plate maker for Cadmus Printing, formerly Mack Printing, in Easton until retiring in 2012. He was a member of the East Lawn Fire Company and enjoyed helping with the Boy Scouts. Frank was also a member of St. John's Lutheran Church in Nazareth. Survivors: his loving wife, Susan; daughter, Jill M. Sherer and her husband Rodney of Easton; sons, Dennis F. Parent and his wife Arlyn of Allentown and Kevin J. Parent and his wife Michelle of Lehighton; sister, Diane Mika of Douglasville, GA; brother, Ronnie Parent of Lancaster; and 10 grandchildren. Frank was preceded in death by a grandson Konner Parent and a brother Wayne Parent. Services: Graveside services will be held at 1 PM on Thursday, May 12, 2016 at Bethlehem Memorial Park Cemetery, 1851 Linden Street, Bethlehem.
