Becky, Mrs Ream and the rest of the family, my deepest sympathy to you all. i remember as a kid coming over being chased by the dogs, riding the horses ( tonka) was my favorite most of all i remember the good times i had. your dad has a special place in my heart. seeing them at springside for breakfast last year was great and talking with them was like talking with them back in the 70's. i'll never forget how back in the day he called me Raquel, how he and i sat in the den, sipping scotch and just shooting the breeze about things this farm kid didnt understand, he was a truly great guy and friend, god bless you all and hopefully you know he is in a better place now and im sure my mammy and pappy welcomed him home! love phyllis

George Ream was much more than a son, father, grandfather and husband. He was a much beloved friend and he will always be in my heart. I will never forget all those times when he took my Cousin and I to the Pocono Playhouse and stopped halfway down for my cousin and I to get candy at our favorite candy store. He was the best Grandfather anyone could ever ask for and I will never forget the light that he left in my life.
I love you Grandad, and I'm going to get you something when I go overseas!
Love,
your Gorgeous

My deepest condolences to Ann, the kids, and extended family.
I first met George while visiting my uncle in the hospital in Oct. 1969. I last saw George once again in the hospital in Oct. 2006. 37 years have passed. George was more than a boss or a work acquaintance. He was my friend. We ate lunch together. He and Ann would visit our home with the kids and have some coffee and chatter. We went deer hunting and shooting together. We butchered steers together with my Dad. He and Ann stopped by to visit me in Calif. in 1992. I used to meet them at the gun shows. We would meet at Herman's in Topton for ice cream and a visit. There was a genuine friendship and comaraderie between us.
Rest easy my friend. I will visit you at Indiantown Gap on my usual stop on Memorial Day. Semper Fidelis!
