Heather Frantz Obituary
Following graduation from the Blue Mountain School District, Heather gained a BS in Nursing from West Chester University before embarking on her medical career. While working at Lehigh Valley Cedar Crest as a cardiac RN for a decade, she earned a Master's degree from DeSales University ultimately leading to her "dream job" as a Nurse Practitioner for a Lehigh Valley Hazleton cardiac practice.
Heather is survived by her high school sweetheart turned husband Jared and her cherished sons Cole and Blake who were only 5 and 2 years old respectively when she was first diagnosed. She felt truly blessed to be their mother.
Other survivors include her parents Carol/Wayne Lutsey, brother Eric (wife Sarah, son Cayde), sister Nicole (husband Ryan), in-laws Judy/Dale Frantz, and sister-in-law Dina Lally (husband Mike, sons Jake and Shane) along with numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends including former Lehigh Valley nursing colleagues.
Celebration of Life Memorial Services will be held Friday December 9, 2022 at 10:30 am from St. Paul's UCCSummer Hill Road Auburn PA. A Visitation for family and friends will be held 9:30 - 10:30 am at church. Special thanks to Ebling Stabingas Funeral Home Cressona for their assistance. The family would respectfully ask that donations be made to Jared Frantz, c/o Ebling Stabingas Funeral Home PO Box 96 Cressona PA 17929 for Cole and Blake's education fund. In lieu of flowers for any so inclined. "When Christ shall come, ... and take me home, what joy shall fill my heart!"

Heather will be missed. She was a pleasure to work with and a hard worker, always trying to do the best for her patients and trying to get home to her family to spend quality time. She had such a kind heart. May her memory be a blessing.

My sincere condolences to Heather's family. I was her professor at DeSales and know what a loving and giving person she was. She was also an excellent student, and wanted to be a nurse practitioner to provide great care to patients. She will be truly missed.

Devastated to hear of Heather´s passing. I had the privilege to work with her at Manor Care years ago. Such a smart, beautiful life taken way too soon. RIP Heather, you are an angel now and condolences to your family.
