To my terrific Uncle Harold and my wonderful cousins, though this time is difficult, please try to reflect on those personal experiences you enjoyed with such a charming and wonderful mom. Aunt Helen was such a peach! The recent visits with her and Uncle Harold have truly made me feel like a richer man. I will always hold those memories close to my heart. The good Lord has taken the best. What a beautiful lady inside and out. Love you all!! Dave(&Sheri) Cox

I will miss running into Helen while shopping. I always enjoyed visiting with her. I came to know Helen when she got me into selling Decorama under her back in the late 1970s. In more recent years, I wanted to write about the family's military service for a Tribune feature, but Helen's failing health made it hard to try to coordinate anything, which is a shame. I know it would have made a great story. Helen was such a classy lady, and loved her family so much. I know you will all miss her. May the wonderful memories of happier times get you through these difficult days.
