Dear Mrs. Hyman, My family and I are so sorry for your loss of such a great man and Doctor as Herb was. He tended to my late father, Donald Herbert Bowen of the heating & air conditioning company, along side my husband Michael Werley who did quite a bit of work at Herbs office on Hamilton St.and your personal home on Trexler Blvd. My Dad & husband ALWAYS mentioned how kind and good hearted he was to them. I had the blessed opportunity to be treated physically by him and was very grateful for his skill and added humor. God will comfort his own children, mrs. Donna Werley

I first met Herbie when he was a guest on my show,"Talk With Your Doctor" on Channel 69 and then had the honor to work with him when I was at LVHN. He was an amazing individual, outstanding doctor and true friend. The care he gave my mother, Dorothy during her final days was exceptional. The care he gave me was paternal, fraternal, platonic and genuine. I am grieved by his loss as he shall be missed. Love & sympathies to Mina, Nat,Michael and family.

Dear Mina, Michael and Nat,

We were so terribly sorry to hear of Dr. Hyman's passing. I know I don't need to tell you what a generous, kind and gentle man he was. Whenever I was in his company I always left feeling enormously blessed to have known him and to have benefited by some wise words he would always share. I will always cherish a beautiful photo I have of him holding my son when he was a baby at Julia's first birthday party.

I can only imagine the void he will leave in the hearts of so many both in Allentown, Palm Beach and beyond not to mention the profound loss your family must be experiencing.

Please know that you are in our thoughts and prayers in the difficult days to come.

Godspeed.

With love,

Missy and Lou Pektor

I only saw Dr. Hyman a few times when he would come to work to visit Nat, but every time we chatted he was always so kind and courteous and upbeat, and always said "good to see you" when we parted. I can imagine with that attitude that he was a wonderful doctor...

Sorry for the loss and heartfelt condolences to the family-he'll surely be missed....
