To the Skaff Family,
Our deepest thoughts and prayers go out to you in this time of sorrow. As neighbors 3 doors away, our whole families grew up from childhood to adolescent. We had so many good times and memories of the old days in the 6th Ward (best neighborhood ever to grow up in). My most memorative time was when Ike bought the 1959 Cadillac! After that, we all called him Dr. Ike! Rest in peace my friend.

My sincere condolences to the Skaff family and all Billy's friends. Billy and his family were always across the block as I grew up, and I remember his father always saying to me 'remember we're your cousins'. Even though I was a few years younger, Billy and his sisters played a central role in my life. Billy will be missed. God bless you all.

Dear family of Billy Skaff, it saddens me to see another 6th Warder pass on. We grew up together and attended every school from Sheridan Elementary to Dieruff High. R.I.P. Bill, too many memories to list, but, all good ones except for the time when you were severely burned by hot tar, but being strong, you healed just fine. Dear family, so sorry for your loss, God bless you all.

My deepest condolences to the family. I will miss our little talks we had every now and again. I often thing about all the good times we had Canada, the rights of spring picnic, fishing, Wildwood Crest trips. My heart is heavy and broken. You where a great man loved your family and you will be missed by many. Rest in Peace Bill. You will always remain in my heart. Love, Kathy Fatula
