James Rohrbach Obituary
Chip had infinite kindness and a sense of humor that would light up any room. He was loved by many including classmates of Emmaus High School and Bloomsburg University; co-workers of F.A. Rohrbach in Allentown and Walt Disney World in Florida; and fellow actors, directors, and supporters of Lehigh Valley community theater.
Along with his devoted wife of 14 years, Jeannine, Chip is survived by his sons H. Joseph (Caitlin) and Nicholas; granddaughter Meadow; parents, Forrest "Woody" and Frances; brother Stephen (Nadine); nieces Sophia, Sofia and Lily; and abundant extended family and loving friends.
His family will host celebrations of his inspirational life in both Florida and Pennsylvania and asks that he be remembered through your support of the arts and community theater.

Woody, Fran, Steve and the entire Rohrbach Family,
I want to express my deepest condolences for the loss of Chip.
I have many fond memories of Chip, from him babysitting me, to watching him do cool tricks with nun-chucks, to seeing him perform in the theater. He was a funny and genuine person who clearly touched many lives.
May you find peace and comfort in the many memories of Chip and knowing that he will be missed by many.

We are so very saddened to hear of Chips passing . It doesn´t seem real. He was one of a kind - such a selfless soul with such an infectious personality you felt good just being around him. I met him at the Playhouse & then got the pleasure of attending the same church as him for a few years before they moved away. We were always praying for him & we will continue to pray for the family . Much love to you Jeannine - thinking of you all & praying God gives you strength to get through these difficult times . He lived such an amazing full life with a beautiful energy & contagious smile & laugh. May we all learn how to be like Chip!

I was quite saddened when I learned about Chip's passing. My heart broke for his entire family and his theater friends.
Only God knows how many lives Chip touched.
There are so many of us here in the Lehigh Valley area who had the honor and pleasure of being directed by Chip and playing opposite him. I know those wonderful memories will remain with me.
May knowing others care help to lessen your sorrow.
I know RIP is the proper thing to say... but, Chip, you have a great time in Heaven. Show all the angels your great sense of humor.

We are heartbroken by this tremendous loss. A good friend for many years, he learned from his parents, Fran and Woody, how to be the ultimate host entertaining us at your home, his Allentown home, Ocean City and then Florida and trips to Disney World. So many good times not only within theatrical venues but also with the poker guys and sharing in his joy when he met Jeannine and watching his life become complete as she embraced all of us.
