Jeffrey Zotter Obituary
Jeffrey Lee Zotter of Chatham Township died at his home on Friday, December 23, 2011 at the age of 57. Born and raised in Allentown PA, he had lived in Chatham for the past two years. Jeffrey was Director of Finance and Administration for the Jewish Community Center of Central NJ in Scotch Plains for the past year and a half. Previously he was Chief Financial Officer at Neighborhood Housing Services of New York City. Throughout his career he has always worked with nonprofit organizations. He received a MS degree at Widener University and his BS degree at Muhlenberg College, both in PA. Jeffrey loved to fish, golf and especially reading, sharing books with his father-in-law and family. He was also a Free & Accepted Mason with Greenleaf Lodge of F&AM in Allentown PA. Survivors: wife Mary Elizabeth (De Witt) Holland; stepchildren: Matthew De Witt Holland and Sarah Elizabeth Holland; nieces and nephews: Lucy Busch, Jane Zotter, Bethann Sedora, William Frank Zotter, Alfred Norman Zotter III and 15 grandnieces and grandnephews. He was predeceased by his parents Alfred Norman Zotter Sr, & Margaret (Himmelberger) and his brother Alfred Norman Zotter Jr. Services: A Celebrant Service will be held at 10 a.m. on Thursday, December 29, 2011 at Wm. A. Bradley & Son Funeral Home, 345 Main St., Chatham. Burial will take place in Allentown PA following the service. Friends may visit on Wednesday, December 28, from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. at the Funeral Home. To send flowers or condolences go to www.bradleyfuneralhomes.com

Jeff and fished together many times some years back and had lost touch until recently. I am deeply shocked and will let all the old gang know. Another one of Johnny Armstrong's Rescue Rangers has bit the dust - no offense intended, Jeff would appreciate that bit of Fortescue humor. God bless him

Our families vacationed together when we were young - and Jeff and I were classmates in school. So shocked and saddened to hear of his passing. He was such a kind and caring person.

Mimi, Mathew and Sarah...We wanted to let you know you are all being lifted up in prayer. Our Uncle was a loving, generous and kind man to many people throughout his life. Jeff was a kind and gentle man. As a member of the board of Neighborhood Housing Services of New York City, I too had the opportunity of working with Jeff. We are saddened by his sudden passing.

I had the opportunity to work with Jeff at Neighborhood Housing Services of NYC. His death has come as a shock to us all at NHS. Our condolences to his family. Jeff was a very friendly man who will be missed.

Dear Mary Elizabeth and family,
Jeff was on my bus in grade school and high school. He was a sweet guy, pretty quiet, who often sat with Tommy Moyer. I was shocked to learn of his passing -- too young. I also recall how proud he was of his slimming down and the jobs he held by the time of our first high school reunion. When we were young he once bought me a pretty necklace that I kept for the longest time. My heart goes out to all of you in the loss of a truly nice person.
