John or as I knew him Mike was a sweet guy. My wife kelly and I met him in 2007, he was our next door neighbor and he was a wonderful guy. He was also a peacemaker. When I turned 70 he told me in jest, this is when you really start to fall apart. He had a great sense of humor and he will be missed by all who knew him.

Dearest Sharon, Josh, Jake and Families,
It is with great sadness that we extend our sincerest condolences to you and your families on the loss of Mike. We knew him to be a friendly, upbeat, gentle man who always had a smile to share when we crossed paths. He was very proud of his boys and his grandchildren and was always happy to share family news. He will be missed. May God comfort you during this most difficult time, and may your memories sustain you moving forward.
Sending prayers and hugs,
Sherry & Rich Israel
