Survivors: Wife; Sons, Steven Sarko and his wife, Lynn, and William Sarko; Step-Children, Craig Kohler and his wife, Kari, and their children, Skylar and Colby, and Laura Kohler and her daughter, Maddie; Sister, Faye Achey; Grandchildren, Eric and Steven Sarko; 2 Great-Grandchildren. John was predeceased by his son, Robert Sarko, and his daughter, Catherine Goodge.
Services: Graveside 10 AM Monday, August 29, 2022 at St. Mark's Cemetery, Allentown. Arrangements by Bachman, Kulik & Reinsmith Funeral Homes, Allentown, www.BKRFH.com

We will miss you Dad, you were a terrific father in law to me, and father and grandfather. You were there every day when your son Steven had the brain tumor operation and when he was in Good Shephard. You served our country and saved your fellow soldiers. You were a very loving giving, and caring person. You loved your dogs and cats. We will miss you.
