Jose Cruz-Pabon Obituary
Jose Cruz-Pabon, 81, of Bethlehem, died on Monday, December 31, 2012. He was born March 19, 1931 in Puerto Rico; son of the late Alberto Cruz and Tomasa Pabon Cruz. Jose worked as a laborer for Bethlehem Fabricators and was a parishioner of Holy Infancy Catholic Church. Jose was a member of the Cursillo Movement, Holy Name Society, Charasmatic Renewal Prayer Group, Prison Ministry and volunteered his time to visit the sick of the parish. Survivors: He will be lovingly remembered by his daughters, Lisa Cruz, Vivian Maldonado and Melinda Cruz; sons, Manny, Alberto and Joseph Cruz; sisters, Luz Maria, Evangelina, Carmen and Andrea; brothers, Juan and Rogelio; 24 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren. Jose was preceded in death by his brothers, Matias and Natividad. Services: A visitation will be held 5 to 8 p.m. on Friday, January 4, 2013 at The Connell Funeral Home, 245 E. Broad St., Bethlehem, PA 18018 and again on Saturday from 8 to 9:15 a.m. at the funeral home. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10 a.m. on Saturday at Holy Infancy Catholic Church, 312 E. 4th St., Bethlehem, PA 18015. Burial will be at Holy Saviour Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the church. Online condolences may be made at: www.connellfuneral.com.

Pop words can't express how much ur missed. I might have not been there as much as i should have but everytime u called me i was right there. Ur last hrs, minutes seconds i was by ur side until u gave ur last breathe and i wouldn't have changed it for the life of me. Only God knew the reasons y he let u live the entire 365 days of 2012 and decided to take u before the start of 2013. U will be truly missed. I love u. :(
