Kenneth J. Jarrett, 90, of Country Meadows, Allentown, died Friday, April 13, in the Inpatient Hospice Unit at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Allentown. He was the husband of the late Mary N. (Moats) Jarrett. Born in Pittsburgh, he was the son of the late C.W. and Veronica (Schlarb) Jarrett. An employee of the Buckeye Pipe Line Company for 43 years, Kenneth worked in Mantua, Ohio, and Macungie before retiring in 1982. He was a member of St. Thomas More Catholic Church, Allentown. After retiring, Kenneth served as a volunteer driver for the Blind and Visually Impaired of Lehigh County. A handyman, he loved to work with cut glass in his spare time. He loved to play bridge and pinochle. An avid sports fan, he was always faithful to his beloved Philadelphia Phillies and Eagles. Survivors: Son, John Jarrett of Ann Arbor, Mich.; daughters, Barbara G., wife of Darryl W. Harries and Frances L. Chamberlin, all of Allentown; five grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren. Services: Funeral mass, 11 a.m., Wednesday, in St. Thomas More Catholic Church, 1040 Flexer Ave., Allentown. Call 10 to 11 a.m., Wednesday, in the church. Arrangements by J.S.
