Kenneth E. Yost

Kenneth E. Yost, 78, of Allentown, died June 17, 2022 in Complete Care at Lehigh. He was the husband of Patricia A. (Ferry) Yost. Born in Allentown, he was the son of the late Walter R. and Miriam (DeHart) Yost. He honorably served his country in the Army. Ken worked for Stanley Vidmar for many years, retiring in 2011. He enjoyed hot rods and won many awards. Kenneth is survived by his wife of 29 years, Patricia; stepsons, Joe, Jim, Jeff, Jon, and Shawn; sisters, Renee Bartos and Phyllis Heckman; 4 step grandchildren. He was predeceased by a brother, Donald Yost and sisters, Lois Churchill and Janice Haggerty. A celebration of life will be held on Fri., July 1, 2022 from 4:00 to 7:00 PM in Fearless Fire Company, 1221 S. Front St., Allentown. Schantz Funeral Home, Emmaus is handling arrangements. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Lehigh County Humane Society, 640 Dixon St., Allentown, PA 18103.
